Holly M. Baer
Holly Baer is an associate with Black McCuskey and focuses her practice in the areas of Business, Estate Planning, and Real Estate.
While attending The University of Akron School of Law, Holly served as Vice President of the Trial Team and competed in the National Board of Trial Advocacy Tournament of Champions, the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition, and the National Civil Trial Competition in Santa Monica, California. She was the President of the Business Law Society and received the Cali of Excellence Award in Trial Advocacy. During law school, Holly served as a certified legal intern with the Portage County Domestic Relations Clinic. She also worked as a law clerk at a litigation ﬁrm in Youngstown, Ohio and was a Summer Associate at Black McCuskey in 2022.
Holly is a graduate of the Walsh University Deville School of Business where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance and minored in accounting. She has also held an Ohio Real Estate Salesman license since 2016 and has over a decade of experience working in the real estate and auction industry.
Holly is a native of Columbiana County and currently resides in Plain Township. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Stark County Bar Association, the Youngstown-Columbiana Association of Realtors, the Federalist Society, the Scanlon Bell American Inn of Courts, and a volunteer with the Columbiana County Agriculture Society.
