Litigation Attorney

Black McCuskey is seeking an attorney for the firm’s litigation practice area. The attorney will be based in the firm’s Canton office. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of general civil litigation experience, including experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, handling complex discovery and ESI, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and taking depositions, and preparing cases for trial. The candidate should also have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. A license to practice in Ohio and familiarity with the Ohio state and federal court systems is required.
