OHSA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard

November 4, 2021

Effective November 5th, 2021,OSHA published its Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). The ETS creates a variety of requirements for employers with 100 or more employees, including:

​

  • Developing, implementing, and enforcing a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, with a weekly testing and masking exception

  • Ensuring employers compile and maintain records of employee vaccinations

  • Providing support for employee vaccinations

  • Reporting COVID-19-related hospitalizations and deaths to OSHA


Now is the time to implement compliance measures to avoid hefty penalties from OSHA.
