Attorney Robert Preston Reelected as Treasurer of Stark County Bar Association
(November 2009) - Black McCuskey is pleased to announce that Attorney Robert Preston has been reelected for a second term as Treasurer for the Tuscarawas County Bar Association.
Bob focuses his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Construction and Creditors’ Rights/Collections. Since joining the firm, he has been very active in the Litigation and Construction practice areas. Bob has represented clients in litigation in more than one fourth of Ohio’s Common Pleas Courts and both of Ohio’s Federal District Courts. He has also appeared and argued numerous matters in Ohio’s Fifth, Tenth and Eighth Appellate Districts.
Active in his community, Bob is a board member of the East Central Ohio Building Industry Association and Vice President of the Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disability. In 2007, he was appointed outside counsel for collections by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Bob is also a graduate of the 5th class of Leadership Tuscarawas County.
