Attorney Jacquelyn N. McCloud Joins Black McCuskey

(December 2008) - Black McCuskey Souers & Arbaugh, LPA is pleased to announce that Jacquelyn N. McCloud has joined the firm as an associate. Jackie focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration and elder law. "We are excited to have Jackie join the firm," said Randy Snow, Managing Director. "Her area of focus brings more depth to the estate planning service area."

A graduate of The University of Akron School of Law, Jackie worked as a judicial extern on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit for the Honorable Deborah L. Cook. While in law school, she worked as a student research assistant for Professor Alan Newman. Jackie was an assistant editor of the Akron Law Review and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy I. She worked as a summer associate with Black McCuskey in 2007.

Jackie received her juris doctor degree from The University of Akron School of Law graduating cum laude and earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, graduating magna cum laude. She is a member of the Stark County and Ohio State Bar Associations and is based in the firm’s Canton office.
