Vic is a member of the Firm’s Environmental Law Practice Group, with special emphasis on environmental compliance and proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies, such as the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. Vic’s practice also includes Real Estate Law. With 45 years of experience, he is recognized by his peers as one of the preeminent lawyers in his fields, having received an AV® Peer-Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell*.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Vic received his B.A. in 1963, and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1966 from The Ohio State University. He has been a lecturer for the National Business Institute on both environmental and business law and for the Ohio Continuing Legal Education Institute. He formerly served as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for The Ohio Environmental Monthly published by Banks-Baldwin Law Publishing Company. He is a member of the Stark County and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Vic’s work for civic and cultural causes is known throughout the community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the North Canton Medical Foundation, is past Chairman of Canton Tomorrow, Inc., past President of the Board of Trustees of the Canton Symphony Orchestra Association. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and served on its Executive Committee and Environmental Quality Steering Committee. He is Vice Chairman of the downtown Canton Land Bank and is a Trustee of the Donald Frease Donor Advised Fund and the Helen McInnis Donor Advised Fund. Additionally, Vic has served on the Board of Trustees of Heidelberg College and the Walsh College Advisory Board.
